When busy life is wearing you out and it seems that there is not enough time to do everything you want and need. Then we need stop and think what are our priorities and how to solve the mystery of time management. By stopping you are letting your consciousness and unconscious work together and solve the problem. Few deep breaths can help you clear your mind and find solutions.
We all have our own ways to relax. Some people like to do golf, gym, yoga, walking, jogging or perhaps reading. Some even use mindfulness, meditation or different relaxation techniques to calm and clear their mind. If any of those works with you then use it.
For thinking we need to use our brains. Brains need electricity and the only way to have get electricity is to move. That is the reason why need to some physical activities also to keep our mind clear. We are body-mind connected so when taking care of our physical health we also take care of our mental health.
When life is busy and you don’t have time to spend in the gym or doing yoga. Then stop, take few breath to relax. Probably do small meditation or listen relaxation tape to recover.
Main point is to stop for a minute and relax!
